
Amachi Tower is the tallest building in all of Kikai City with the suppression tower falling just short by a few meters. No one knows who owns it, who built it or what it is really used for. Officially it is just a lot of office work space but people always claim something is off about it.

A massive super structure built many decades ago which stretches completely around the entirety of the city up to and past the shoreline, the wall has no official name and the entire purpose of it is to protect the city and its people inside.

Megurine Manor (More commonly referred to as the All Anime Mansion) sits on the outskirts of town in a mostly secluded wooded area. The large estate is exempt from the laws of the Kikai, acting as a sovereign entity. Some people swear this building has moved locations and that it just appeared one day but no one can ever really be sure.

Tucked between the large skyscrapers you will find Downtown. It is the typical place to find whatever you need, with a vast array of shops, services and restaurants ranging from dingy diners to high class hotels. Just watch your step on the over crowded sidewalks.

Kikai City Hall is a massive and mostly featureless building found in downtown. If you need paperwork filed or other city related activities done, then this is your place. The upper floors house offices, courtrooms and record keeping rooms while the base of the building serves as the largest police department in the entire city.
With the threat of powerful beings looming over the city all the time, the city has invested in four Mecha centers which house and train pilots to operate the city's defensive machines. Whenever Kikai police cannot handle a situation, you call these guys.


Kikai beach is located on the eastern shore of Japan and is the warmest, sandiest, and most popular place to go for many people. Mostly because it is the only really safe and easily accessible beach. The city takes great pride in it and harsh punishments are dealt out to anyone who defaces or otherwise reduces to aesthetic appeal of the location.

The Kasumi river runs right through the heart of the city from inland Japan and forks off with the main river curving back out the wall to the south while the smaller branching Tomioka river passes through the residential district and into the ocean.
The Kikai school distract is not a singular building but a massive complex of different buildings going from preschool to Bukuro High, all the way up to the esteemed Chishiki University.


Odayakana park is the largest park in the entire ctiy and is situated between the edge of the commercial district of downtown and the residential district. The park is roughly two square miles and is mostly brick pathways, ponds, and a large artificial lake in the middle. The eastern area of the park has had most of the trees removed to give the city a flat area for non permanent outdoor venues.
The city of Kikai houses roughly 3.5 million people with a large portion of them living in apartment complexes and sky scrapers. Still, the remaining population either have private estates or small homes in the residential district in the south west part of town. A few small family shops and small unnamed parks can be found within the district as well.


The north side of Kikai is mostly just grimy industrial buildings, production facilities, and warehouses. While the industrial park is where most of Kikai's population find employment, it is easily the least safe part of the city, with underhanded dealings, drugs, and general criminal activity being quite easy to find.
While outside of the south wall past the residential district, the farming fields are equipped with their own smaller scale suppression device located underground. Most of the crop work is done by machine and requires little human input beyond a monitoring station staffed by a handful of citizens.
